Our sections

Treloy Golf Club has three active members sections Men’s, Seniors’ and Ladies.

The Men’s Section

The Men’s Section meet-up on Sundays to play in competitions which vary from Monthly Medal matches, Stableford competitions, Winter League games to Singles and Doubles Knockout matches. The Men’s Section also play in several County Competitions and they have won the County Summer League several times – an achievement the club is very proud of. Every year they take part in the Winter Knockouts which is another County Competition.

Currently the Men’s handicaps range from 54 right down to 1

The Seniors’ Section

The Seniors’ Section meet every Wednesdays to play in different competitions. Competitions include Monthly Medal matches, Winter and Summer League games and the Annual Seniors Captains’ Day.

Currently the Seniors handicaps range from 54 down to 10. However, the majority have a handicap of between 18 to 28.

The Ladies Section

The Ladies Section meet on Thursday mornings and they usually play 9 holes along with a coffee afterwards to talk about their games.

Additional Membership Information – Roll-Ups & Other Competitions

Every Friday evening from April to September we run a Roll-Up for 9 holes that is referred to as Captains’ Night.Any member of the golf club is welcome to come and play regardless of whether you have a handicap or not. It’s a great social event and an enjoyable way to meet people with similar interests. It is also the ideal forum to share tips and enjoy golf together.

Members also partake in Daily Mail Foursomes, many local open competitions at other clubs around Cornwall and the Annadota Knockout.

All 18-hole qualifying competitions are available online for members to view via www.masterscoreboard.co.uk. Please login using your name and the default password provided from reception then select your own password. If you have any problems with accessing information on this website, please contact Sarah in the clubhouse.

Supporting Local Charities

Treloy Golf Club members does a lot of charitable fundraising. In the past we have supported Cornwall Air Ambulance and Mount Edgcumbe Hospice, Breast Cancer, Prostate Cancer and Medi Cinema.
